Shimano TLD A STP Stand Up 30lb Roller is a short, 5′ 6”, one piece stand up rod which is designed for targeting large hard fighting fish such as shark, skate, conger and tuna. The one piece XT60-Biofibre carbon blank gives a light yet powerful action which allows you to apply the pressure onto the fish without causing undue strain during a prolonged battle.

Shimano TLD A STP Stand Up 30lb Roller rod is fitted with Shimano stainless steel roller guides to give smooth line flow both when the fish is running and also when you are trying to gain line back onto the reel. The Pac-Bay reel seat and full EVA handle are comfortable to hold for long periods.

• XT60 – XT Carbon is used throughout the Shimano rod range. The number following the XT (XT60), denotes the quality of carbon fibre used. The higher the number, the stronger the carbon.
• Biofibre – Adding Biofibre reinforces the carbon fibres in all directions. This gives outstanding strength, shock resistance, lightness and power
• Shimano Stainless Steel Rollerguides – In house designed & developed strong stainless steel roller guides. Specifically designed to allow clear passage of big swivels or connection knots.
• Pacific Bay Reelseat – Machined from marine grade aluminum and anodized to prevent corrosion. Extra thick wall with deep cut threads and heavy duty machined hoods which will provide years of trouble-free use.
