The FinS is an innovative, propellerless, 100% electric, robust (with corrosion protection) boat motor running on a 48V battery, Patented and high efficiency, The FinS is ideal for tenders and other small craft as well as sailboats up to 3 tons.
Precursor of bio-inspiration, the FinS does not present any risk of injury, because without propeller, both for humans and for marine animals. Its power is 2000 W, equivalent to that of a 5 HP petrol outboard. In line with the great challenges of the 21st century, its undulating membranes allow propulsion at the same speed as with a propeller, without mixing the water. This bio-inspired technology causes much less turbulence, it is quieter than heat engines, disturbing aquatic life and communication less.
